OUR OBJECTIVES

The establishment of IPRMSA– SEGi University Chapter is proposed after careful consideration of the advantages that will benefit not only the students but also the institution at large.

Generally, IPRMSA– SEGi University Chapter aims at uniting students who are particularly interested in the field of public relations.

Specifically, the primary aims are to:

1.  Establish a national-level public relation student association for SEGi University and Colleges;

2.  Develop public relation skills and knowledge among SEGi communication students through a variety of public relation activities;

3.  Encourage participation in public relation activities and provide networking opportunities for SEGi students and academics;

 4. Enhance the image and the status of the profession, as well as to explore students’ potentials through the Chapter’s activities

5.  Forge a closer relationship with public relations practitioners via the Association.

All embracing, the IPRMSA– SEGi University Chapter is expected to benefit students mainly in terms of exposure and future progression in the field of public relation and add value to SEGi University as a higher education provider leveraging the strategic partnership with the distinguished IPRM.
