About IPRM

The IPRM was established in 1962 by a group of professional public relation practitioners who wished to see a systematic and organised growth as well as development of Public Relations as a profession that is able to contribute positively to the nation’s continuous. Apart from signifying the professional development of Public Relations in this country, the IPRM has also been instrumental in the training and development of local public relation practitioners, both from the public and private sectors.

About IPRM-SA

Institute of Public Relations Malaysia Student Association (IPRMSA)

The IPRMSA was established to bring together students majoring in public relations from local universities and private colleges, who are interested to share their experiences and be actively involved in public relations programmes under an Association supported by the IPRM and other public relations practitioners. To date, there are several registered and active Chapters of IPRMSA including those from the UiTM, USM and UUM. These Chapters have carried out various types of activities including entrepreneurship campaigns, fundraising, family day, workshops and conferences. To run any activities, each IPRMSA Chapter may collaborate with its fellow Chapters or with representatives from the industry.
